Paper Moon, located in downtown West Chester will work with you to design, create and print custom invitations for all of life's special occasions.

It all started when owner, Cyndi Meadows, added custom invitation design and printing to her gift shop in Downtown West Chester, Penwick Design. Cyndi's background in Design combined with a love of working with people to create beautiful, custom stationery and event invitations made custom stationery the most successful part of the shop. This lead to the creation of Paper Moon where she can focus solely on custom stationery.

the process

1   complimentary consultation

The process begins with a complimentary consultation either in person or by phone when we get to know you and to learn all about your event or stationery requirements. This is your opportunity to review our existing designs and discuss your style, theme and ideas. We will also provide an estimate for review.

2   design phase

Now the fun begins! Cyndi will work with you to design a one-of-a-kind invitation or stationery set using in-house design options or with outside vendors that she represents through unlimited consultations and multiple on-screen digital proofs. The estimate will then be refined. The design will be finalized once a 50% deposit is received. Should the project not proceed, a charge of $15 per proof is requested.

3   final approval & printing

Before printing begins, you will be emailed an electronic digital proof for final review. Upon your approval, in-house printing and production will begin,  or the outside vendor will begin or a combination of both. The remaining balance is due at this time.

4   delivery & shipping

You may pick up your order at your convenience  at our studio in West Chester, PA or we can ship it to you within the USA via USPS.
